Kinlily is free to download for the household. Here is what that includes, how the free app stays up, and what happens to your family’s data.
What free includes
- The Kinlily app on iPhone, iPad, and Android, with no credit card to start.
- A place for stories, recipes, a journal, and the family tree.
- Daily limits on AI stories, Ask Lily, and recipe tools. Premium removes those caps.
How the free app is funded
The free app shows a small number of ads. That is how the download stays at $0. Your family’s content is never used for advertising. Kinlily Premium is optional: $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, for higher limits on AI stories, voice clones, and Ask Lily. Premium covers up to 5 people in a family.
StoryWorth starts at $59 a year. MyLifeLedger charges $49 a year. Those are subscription prices for other products. Kinlily’s download is free, and Premium is a choice, not the price of opening the app.
What we do with family data
- We do not use your family’s stories, recipes, journals, or voices to target ads.
- A voice is cloned only with the speaker’s own recorded yes.
- You can delete a voice, and everything made from it, at any time.
